Job Description:
Harvest usually starts at the end of September and we would work on the harvest schedule until harvest is complete usually in November.
Shoveling and brooming grain messes.
Loading train cars and doing the necessary procedures that come with that task.
Emptying grain silos and cleaning them in preparation for harvest grain space.
Also routine outside housekeeping work.
Shoveling and brooming grain messes.
Keeping all areas clean.
Operating outdoor ground pile storage.
Filling these piles with grain and making sure all runs smoothly.
