PPI Front Line Associate

Nottingham Trent House (95002), United Kingdom, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire PPI Front Line Associate As a member of the PPI team, you will investigate and fulfil GDPR requests including Subject Access Requests from customers and third parties.
Using your strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail, you will manage each individual situation in a way that presents a positive outcome.
What you'll be doing:
You will be responsible for collating relevant information stored in various Capital One systems in order to process the SARsReconstitute credit agreements as per our processRespond to AXA validation requests using telephone and email channelsComplete other administration activities including transcripts and settlement processingAdhere to Capital One compliance and quality standards to ensure the right response is sent to the customerUpdating customer records to ensure there is a accurate reflection of all agreed actions that have been takenUtilising appropriate escalation channels when issues are identifiedWe'd like to see:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
